Privacy Policy
Effective date: 7 August 2026
Target Guru (“Target Guru”, “we”, “us”) is a marketing agency based in Singapore. This policy explains what personal data we handle through this website (targetguru.net) and through the internal Google Ads tool we operate, and how to reach us about it.
1. Who we are and how to contact us
Target Guru, Singapore.
Email: gwen@targetguru.net
Any question about this policy, and any request to access or correct personal data we hold about you, can be sent to that address.
2. What this website collects
This is an informational website. It has no user accounts, no login, no checkout, and takes no payments. We do not run analytics, advertising, or tracking pixels on it, and it does not set cookies for tracking or advertising purposes.
Two things are worth stating plainly:
- The enquiry form. If you submit the form on our home page, you give us your name, work email, company name, an indication of monthly advertising budget, and whatever you choose to write in the free-text field. The form is delivered through Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service, which relays your submission to us by email. We use it only to reply to you and to discuss your enquiry. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to anyone else for marketing.
- Hosting and fonts. The site is hosted on Vercel, which handles the request and may record routine server information such as your IP address and browser user-agent in short-lived logs. The site also loads web fonts from Google’s servers, so Google receives your IP address as part of serving those font files.
That is the whole of it. If you never submit the enquiry form, we hold no personal data about you beyond those routine hosting records.
3. Our internal Google Ads API application
Target Guru operates an internal software tool, the Target Guru Ads Tool, that accesses Google Ads data through Google’s APIs. Specifically:
- What it accesses: campaign, keyword, and performance data for advertising accounts held under Target Guru’s own Google Ads manager account.
- How it accesses it: through Google’s APIs, using OAuth consent granted by the Google account holder.
- What it is used for: solely to manage and report on those advertising accounts.
- What it is not used for: the data is not sold, is not shared with third parties, and is not used for any other purpose.
The tool is internal to Target Guru. It is not offered or licensed as a service to the public.
Limited Use. Target Guru’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking access. You can review and revoke this tool’s access to your Google account at any time from your Google account permissions page: myaccount.google.com/permissions. For any question about the tool or the data it accesses, email gwen@targetguru.net.
4. Your rights under the PDPA
Under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act, you may ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we have used it;
- correct anything that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- withdraw consent for us to keep using it.
Send any of these requests to gwen@targetguru.net and we will respond within a reasonable time. There is no charge for making a request.
5. How long we keep things
We keep enquiry emails only for as long as we need them to deal with the enquiry and any engagement that follows from it. If you would like your enquiry deleted sooner, email us and we will delete it.
6. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this page.
