These terms govern your use of targetguru.net (the “site”), operated by Target Guru, Singapore. By using the site, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Content and ownership

The content of this site — text, graphics, layout, code, and the Target Guru name and logo — is owned by Target Guru or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You are welcome to read it and to share links to it, and to quote from it with attribution. You may not republish substantial portions of it as your own, or use it commercially, without our written permission.

3. Enquiries you send us

If you contact us through the form on this site, please keep what you send accurate, and do not send confidential information belonging to anyone else. What you send is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Our internal Google Ads application

Target Guru operates an internal software application, the Target Guru Ads Tool, that accesses Google Ads data for advertising accounts held under its own Google Ads manager account. That application is internal to Target Guru. It is not offered, sold, or licensed as a service to the public, and nothing on this site is an offer to provide it.

5. Third-party links

The site may link to websites we do not operate. We are not responsible for their content or their practices.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we do, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this page.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site.
